...because every time I make one concerning this site, I seem to get drawn away by life's cares.

So, anyways, I've decided to make another go at this site thing (considering I am paying for the domain and the hosting) With two kids now, I imagine my posting will be far less frequent, sad to say. They tend to be awfully demanding when it comes to things like playing and eating and all that.

Right now, I plan to upload new pics (the boys are growing too fast!), new vids, redo my links and mayhaps throw in a blog or three. I'll probably have some new stuff up on *Thursday.

*all plans are subject to randomness and therefore timeframe guesstimates are to be considered tenative

I am a little more at ease with the coding process now considering my extensive work on lmbc.org (give it a look-see!) and have made a number of administrative shortcuts for myself in regards to posting new material... so there's at least one less excuse for procrastination now.

BTW, I redesigned things too.

I know how EVERYONE loves to watch movies of each other's kids. Well soon you'll have the opportunity to do it anytime! Coming soon to a website near you!... (the website you are currently visiting... unless you're using a feedreader to read this...) Gabe's home videos! (in the new VIDEOS section)

I've been putting this off because of the server space issues... but I figured "Why not?" If I run out of room, you'll gladly donate to the Gabe online video fund, right? Right?!

This is just a minor update. I've added an Archive page that lists all the additions to the site ordered from the most recent to the very first post. It's another way to browse through the short history of IamWallaman.com. Go check it out if you are interested.

BTW, I'm working on some random Flash projects that I'll reveal any time now... assuming I actually complete them.

...and what do you do with alotta links? You organize them neatly into categories, of course!

Take a look at the lower righthand corner of the screen and you'll see what I mean. (Unless you have Javascript disabled... then you're stuck with a lot of words to read and you're still a paranoid freak.)

Check it out! ...No, really... check it out! I've made my very own game!

It's got the original name of Plane and it's based off of a game made by one of my ol' high school pals, John, on his TI-85 calculator. (believe me... it was addictive!)

Right now, it is in its Beta stage so don't expect to be blown away by cool graphics or stunned by outstanding design. It is meant to simply work. Looks come later.

If you do happen to run into a bug or glitch, send me an email and let me know.

Form has been tweaked, function has been enhanced, load times have been reduced, the feed now includes pic updates and comments are back up! (though that's subject to change)

Commenting is still busted. I've got a few other kinks to line out as well. I just assumed I was better off putting this up now than trying to wait until it was 100%... but you never actually finish a website... you just stop working on it.

If you haven't guessed yet, I've been neglecting things here of late. I do have good news, though. I just saved a load of money on my car insurance!...*I wish*... No, I am only a few days away from posting my new design. It's not ground-breaking but it's much better than the current mess.

I also need to post more pics. Gabe has been growing up too quickly! He now, not only walks... but runs! That makes for a few more bumps and bruises whenever he trips on something... but he'll be very steady by next month.

I should have the commenting fixed soon too. That's something else I've been putting off...

I spent my evening preping and uploading a cluster of pics from Gabe's first ultrasound through 3 months. Now you can see Gabe from the very beginning.

I can't believe how quickly these past 10 months have gone by and how much he has changed! I hope things don't continue at this pace or else Gabe will be having his own kids soon! (with baby pics soon to follow here )

The arcade is officially reset. I am, from here on, instituting a monthly pruning of high scores to give everyone a chance to shine.

I am also adding an all-time high score for each game. You'll still have something to shoot for and some recognition for achieving the rank of 1st place!

This is just a quick message to let you know that I'm still alive and well... just busy... Blogs get neglected when bloggers get busy. I hope you've been at least moderately entertained with everything else on this site.

Lately, I have limited my site additions to graphical and functional upgrades. You should have an easier time browsing and enjoy the experience a little more.

In the not-too-distant future, I will be uploading a ton of pics and adding some new games. Check back now and again and you may be surprised to see what else pops up!

I've decided to merge my updates and blogs into one section. That means, for the meantime, you'll have two pages that are identical (Home and Blog pages).

I've got an new idea for the Home page but I have no idea how long it will take to implement it...

I guess, in the meantime, you should work on beating my scores in the arcade.

Check it out! A new look!

I hope you like it for its simplicity and browser compatibility. I spent a lot of extra hours testing it to make sure it worked on a wide variety of browsers because I care. So if you notice any glitches... it's your fault!

In all seriousness, let me know if you have any problems with the new layout: graphical or technical.

Well, I've officially launched the homepage of IamWallaman.com since I had a free afternoon. This is unfortunately the only thing I've been able to do so far. The current look WILL change. (or, at least, evolve) I wanted to have something for you to look at aside from the same "Under Construction" splash I've had up for a month! I do have major plans reserved for the future of this site but it will take a bit to implement them considering my full-time and part-time jobs not to mention being a dad!
